Wrong Product Received
Wrong Size / Design
Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return based on the above 3 reason , the item must be unused / unworn. Please ensure that the tag is intact and attached to the item as received originally.

If your return is accepted, kindly self-ship it at the below mentioned address with the order details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In case we are out of stock for the replacement items then a credit note will be issued for the same value to be used in the next 6 months from the date of issue.

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hi@lodhomlifestyle.com
A refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway charges.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective order from Lodhom Lifestyle?
For any defective/ damage order delivered, kindly get in touch with us on hi@lodhomlifestyle.com or call us on +91- 91102 85967 within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received.
We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours. Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
